Welcome to my blog. This is a space for me to write about the things that interest me.

I am currently working as a Blockchain Security Researcher at OpenZeppelin. I was previously the Head of Risk Management at OneSixtyTwo Digital Capital, a hedge fund specializing in investing in digital assets.

I completed a PhD in Applied Mathematics in 2019 under the supervision of Prof. Robert M. Corless and Prof. Marc Moreno Maza at Western University. My thesis developed algorithms for computations on matrices with parameters. These algorithms were implemented in the Maple computer algebra system and are available in the ParametricMatrixTools package. My thesis also laid ground work for research on Bohemian matrices. My thesis can be found here.

When I’m not learning new things I enjoy running, biking, hiking, camping, woodworking, and rock climbing.
